The department of Earth and Environmental Sciences is the closest thing to paradise for an isotope geochemist; here, we have instruments to measure elements and isotopes for the entire periodic table. My group can leverage the world-class geochemical facility as well as the talented geochemists and technicians of the department. The facilities include the G.G. Hatch Lab for light stable isotopes, the A.E. Lalonde AMS facility for radionucleides and the Isotope Geochemistry and Geochronology Lab for non-traditional stable isotopes.
